Commission Guide

Welcome to the Commission Guide!

Here you’ll find everything you need to know about working with me, from choosing your piece to receiving your finished art or photography. My goal is to keep the process simple, transparent, and enjoyable.

How the Process Works

Step 1: Choose Your Service

Browse my Services page and select the type of commission that fits your vision — whether that’s Automotive Art, Fine & Western Art, or Photography.

 

Step 2: Pick Size & Style

Each service lists available sizes and styles with clear pricing. From quick sketches to full-color pieces and large-scale fine art, you’ll find options to match your budget and project needs.

 

Step 3: Book & Confirm

Submit your booking request directly through the site. I’ll follow up to confirm details, payment, and your timeline.

 

Step 4: Creation & Delivery

Once confirmed, I’ll begin your piece. You’ll receive updates as needed, and I’ll let you know when your artwork is ready for pickup, shipping, or digital delivery (depending on the service).

Pricing Overview
 

Pricing varies by service and size. For full details, visit each service page:

 

  • Automotive Art → Sketches from $100 and up  | Full color from $200 and up

  • Fine & Western Art → Large-scale originals starting at $300 plus

  • Photography → Sessions starting at $100/hour

  • Backgrounds & Add-Ons → $50–$100 depending on size/detail

Timeline & Availability

I currently balance art with a full-time job, so availability is limited to weeknights and weekends.

 

Turnaround time is typically 2–4 weeks for small pieces, and sometimes 6 months to a year for large pieces depending on size and complexity.

 

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Policies

 

  • Deposits: A $50 to $100 deposit is required to begin work. This is will be deducted form the remaining total owed on the commissioned piece.

  • Revisions: Minor adjustments are included. Major changes may incur additional fees.

​

  • Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

​

  • Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated separately if applicable, and will be a separate charge on framed sizes over 11 x 14, and sizes over 18 x 24 for un-framed

Copyright & Usage

All artwork and photography remain the intellectual property of Gabrielle Gantley Art. Clients receive personal use rights (displaying, gifting, hanging).

 

Reproduction, resale, or commercial use (such as logos, merch, or promotional material) requires a separate licensing agreement, but generally is NOT to be used for these categories.
